Sequins and silk

Forgot to add these in the previous post!

One of my favorite purchases during my jaunt around LA with Dani and Shawdie a few weeks ago:Six bucks for a whole roll of this shininess! I stared longingly at these sequins -- I knew I had no idea what I'd use it for, so I shouldn't get it -- but Shawdie said I should just buy it, seeing how I was so smitten by them. I may trim everything with it!

And here's some gray silk I got from the "silk sale" area at Michael Levine's. It may be turned into Colette Patterns' Rooibos dress or into Sencha blouse.

And yellow lillies from the boy!
