A classmate shared this video documenting how Roy of
Roy Denim makes his jeans. The guy makes every single pair of jeans he sells all by himself. Sure, the video is edited and parts of it sped up, but you can still see how skilled he is. The way he zips through curves at around 1:23? And all those toys? Be still my heart.

Here's
Roy's story on how he got into making jeans.
And just to toot my own sewing horn: I pulled out my sewing machine to work on a skirt I started an embarrassingly long time ago and it was so easy! I remember being so freaked out about how fast the machine would run, and now I'm like, "WE DON'T HAVE ALL DAY MACHINE."
(Sorry, the skirt isn't quite done yet, as I'm dependent on the overlock machines that are at school. But I'm hoping to be able to debut by next Thursday!)
